VVSD - System Introduction

This customized bureau software is called the VSD FOREX BUREAU SYSTEM, and the latest available version is Version 2.0. It has been developed using the Frappe Framework, version 14, with Python on the server side and JavaScript as the front-end technology, and it utilizes MariaDB for its database.

System Overview

VSD Forex Bureau software package for bureau de change has been developed to enable better tracking of information flow. The enormous volume of transactions generates inefficiency and disorganization. Thus, it is quite challenging to maintain all the relevant data in a systematic manner and retrieve the data whenever required. To address the problem of manual record-keeping procedures, which are time-consuming and tedious due to the potential for errors, user-friendly software has been created by VSD.

The system is specifically designed for Bureau de Change operations in Tanzania, where it meets all the regulations and requirements of the Bank of Tanzania (BOT), including the receipts and reporting mechanism required by BOT.
